If you need any product return service, please choose the condition below;

 

1. Wrong Item Receives

If happened that you receive wrong item, please forgive our unintentional negligence, and please do not worry since we will handle for you in the shortest time possible.

 

  • Please contact us via our email or call us at 0168202183 and provide the information about the item you receive and the item that you want.
  • We will check on your order and your information. If it is match, we will arrange courier to collect the item from your address. Do not worry, since you don't need to pay any postage as we will cover it for you. We just hope you can be patient and wait for the correct item to arrive.
  • Please note that if you would like to change to other pattern, color and size, you will need to bear the postage fee.

 

2. Manufacturing Defects

 

  • Please contact us via our email or call us at 0168202183 after you receive your item and you found some defects.
  • Things that is not covered in this policy are
    • Worn or Washed Items
    • Any alteration done to Product
    • Tag removed, incomplete packing and accessories
    • Minor dirt or minor thread off
    • Color difference caused by monitor display
    • (Gentle reminder: Dark or bright colored clothes are likely to fade in 1st few wash, this is considered normal condition. Do remember to wash separately with other color clothes)
  • Kindly stick a tape on the defected area so that we can spot it easily
  • We will arrange courier to collect the item from your address. Do not worry, since you don't need to pay any postage as we will cover it for you. We just hope you can be patient and wait for the new item to arrive.
  • Please note that defective item will be change with the same size, pattern and color item unless there is insufficient stock available. If you would like to change to other pattern color and size, you will need to bear the postage fee.
